Underground tunnel submerged in water.. The tunnel is about 10 feet in height..
As you see the pictures above was the aftermath of a heavy rain. It rained continuously for i dno how long. The next day, some parts had no electricity and some had no water. My place, situated in Kiulap had no electricity for 2 days. It did come back on and off [you can refer to my previous blog]. This was because the main electrical station was submerged in water, causing the power failure. This was said to be the worst flood during these 35 yrs, was it? not so sure about that but yeah... I know this is really late... Sorry...
