The F, The F and more F's!!!

I feel very unsatisfied and that I am always stepped on!! I had an emergency yesterday and called my supervisor to say that I wasn't coming.. So instead of deducting my annual leave, deduct my Public Holiday instead (it was national day on the 23rd).. They said it was NOT POSSIBLE because there is no manning at the business centre so if I didn't come, it would be considered as absent/no show. I said fine, I can't make it to work anyway whether. So I came back to work today and found this email.

"Dear Firda, Aleem, Nasdrul, Johar and Ariffin,

Please advice our team member not be too selective and choosy when it comes to roster. We will do our best to entertain their request; however, it all depends on our manning and occupancy. Remember that we are here to serve and to ensure we deliver an excellent service towards guest; therefore, one of the criteria to achieve this, is to have full manning in every shift."

For goodness sake, do the even know the difference of NEED and SELECTIVE/CHOOSY?? Another thing is, I had encountered many times, my 'team' mates went M.I.A and I had to take care of both sections (Business Centre & Activity Desk) running around, going back and forth EVEN during the busy times!! My team mate? 'Emergency Leave', 'Medical Leave', 'No Show'.. and bear in mind MANY MANY times.. It was this ONCE that I had an emergency and they called me SELECTIVE and CHOOSY?? And another thing, I have requested earlier during my CNY leave (12th-18th Feb) that I needed the 28th an off day since I need to go back to my hometown for the dinner. My supervisor called me on my 2nd day of leave (13th Feb) reconfirming when my leave ends and asks whether I do have any requests? I said Yes, 28th Feb.. This is what she said "Ah that, you tell me when you get back to work". So I agreed. Come to the time I went back to work, my first day, and I told her.. don't forget my requested off day on the 28th Feb.. She said 'Oh I did the roster already and none of us could have the off days on weekend..' WASN'T that just unfair?.. This is what I emailed her:

Dear Firda,

As I told you earlier, I requested 28th February as an off day. Since you gave me morning, Can you give me at leaset an off day on Monday the 1st March? It is the end of Chinese New Year and I have a family dinner back in KB. Please do take this into consideration since it is important for us Chinese. As I have mention, I couldn't come to work tomorrow since I have a family issue now. Therefore, I request my Public Holiday.

I need your soonest reply. Thank you."

Thus the one in blue is what they reply me.. Additional information is that I am the ONLY CHINESE!!!... Can't you at least give a consideration? Yes, we have to give an excellent service but we TOO need sometime for ourselves not just the guest right????... *Arrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, so pissed off right now!!!*
