Master of Study

[The show Master of Study has it’s moments, but I found the show at some parts are boring. It could be because I’m not in high school anymore and I’ve graduated from college already so the interest level in the subject matter is not really there. The characters of show is what makes the show more interesting.

Kang Suk Ho, a lawyer who takes interest a in school that will be sold to a major company. The school is full of dead beat students who can’t make the grades, which furthers the point of shutting the school down. The lawyer does not want that to happen so he makes a deal with the director of the school to send five students to the best University in Korea by the end of the final exams.

Enter more characters Hwang Baek Hyun, Na Hyun Jung, Gil Pul Ip, Hong Chan Doo and Oh Bong Goo who play the five students. To find out if they make it or not, well you’ll just have to watch the show. Along the way, the lawyer who has no prior teaching experience, hires a slew of teachers, each having their own personality and techniques of teaching the students in subjects of Math, English, Physics and Korean.

Throughout the show, the students and even the teachers go through the difficulties of teaching, learning and life’s problems, which make the show a bit more interesting. Each student has a different story to tell. ]

Master of Study is a korean drama that I have just started to watch. Mind you, I was just gone to the mall to accompany Rozlan to pay his car loan and he wanted to see some cd.. You how I am, If I enter a cd shop, its like I HAVE to get something especially when I actually have money.. Evil.. So I heard about this Master of Study when I actually saw it labelled 'NEW'.. Picked it up and the price? Wowoweee... B$38.00.. I was actually thinking whether I should get it or not because the last time I went to that cd shop, I gotten 2 cds (1 korean drama and another is Japanese) and I have not even watched it!!! Well, my fault for leaving it in lumut... hahahaha.. anyway, I held onto Master of Study for a while and walked around still thinking.. the Cashier was busy picking up calls with customers asking about something when she yelled at her colleague saying 'Master of Study, how many left??'... wah, it is a good drama huh? I asked the cashier whether alot of people bought it, and she said yeaaah.. well, I believed her and I bought it... Its pretty good, the first few episodes.. I brought it back to bandar and plan to watch it after my shift.. so yea, that is about it.. Get the cd and watch it!!!
